Please join us for an evening of outstanding Texas-style barbecue at Lewis Barbecue, the acclaimed Charleston restaurant founded by pitmaster John Lewis. We'll be enjoying your choice of Lewis's famous Central Texas brisket — USDA Prime beef, slow-smoked and sliced to order — alongside pulled pork, homemade green chile cheddar sausages, and glazed pork spare ribs. On the side, enjoy the restaurant's signature green chile corn pudding, tangy coleslaw, cowboy pinto beans, creamy potato salad, and mac and cheese, with icebox pies (banana pudding, dark chocolate sea salt caramel, and lemon curd raspberry) to finish. Whether you're a barbecue purist or just along for good IAH company, this is going to be a good time. This is not just any neighborhood barbecue joint — Lewis Barbecue has earned a 2025 Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand for exceptional food at moderate prices, was named the best barbecue restaurant in South Carolina in Southern Living's 2025 South's Best readers' poll, and was recognized as a Hidden Gem on Trip Advisor's 2025 Travelers' Choice Best of the Best list. It has also drawn praise from Southern Living, Condé Nast Traveler, Garden & Gun, and The New York Times. Plenty of convenient on-site parking. Hope you can make it.

Please register by September 15 so we can finalize the reservation and headcount.
