$10.00 per person, payable by check to IAH, deliver check to the front door of the Tsavalas home (63 Krier Lane) by March 23. There will be a box for checks.

Greek cooking class: Spanakopita

Learn how to make spanakopita, assemble and cook it. Taste it with wine and other appetizers. Appetizers will be provided.

*If you want a hands-on experience, please bring:

  • a small baking pan (no bigger than 9x13)
  • baking brush 
  • your apron

P.S. BYOB - Bring your own bottle of wine.
