Many of our members have expressed a desire for more activities that involve physical activity. So, this is meant to be a bit of a “toe in the water” (pardon the pun). If there’s enough interest, we could make it a regular thing - as often as people would like. 

We’re going to approach this with maximum flexibility: people who want to take a brisk walk can do that; people who want to mosey along and chat can do that; and if all you’re really up for is to sit in a chair and look at the sea for a while, by all means do that. Just bring a chair. ;-)
