How would you like to play Santa Claus this year for local children in need?

Once again, we’re teaming up with East Cooper Community Outreach (ECCO) to bring holiday cheer to families who could use a little help this season. Last year, we made Christmas brighter for well over 50 children — and we’d love to do it again!

Here are three ways you can help:

1. Adopt a Family

If you’d like to purchase gifts, register below in the comment section, by October 30th, with how many children you’d like to shop for and their ages.

Example: Two children, ages 4–6 (prefer boys).

The first week in November, your I’On At Home “elves” will match you with a family and send you each child’s wish list. You’ll then drop off the unwrapped gifts in early December (details to come — no meetings required!).

2. Donate Money 

If shopping isn’t your thing and you’d still like to help, make a financial contribution and we’ll do the shopping for you!

3. Help with Family Matching

If you’re free on the morning of November 3 and are comfortable using a computer, we could use a few volunteers to help with ECCO’s family “adoption” process. If you’re comfortable searching for and booking your airline ticket online, you can certainly do this! Reach out to Judy for details.
