Have you wondered how to keep the orchid plant that someone gave you alive or how to get it to bloom again? Then here is your opportunity to learn from an expert.
Chris Burtt, Horticulture Agent from Clemson Cooperative Extension, will be joining us to discuss the basics of growing and propagating orchids. Chis will be covering such topics as orchid varieties, including native SC orchids, their growth habits, media for growing orchids as well as their care and maintenance. He will also give a live demonstration of how to propagate and repot an orchid. Chris will also be available to discuss any questions you may have.
